Check availability - email us to confirm. |

Pay a deposit of $300 (£200) to secure your booking. Pay online, by check (cheque) or by telephone. Email us with a list of persons that will be staying at the villa. |

We will confirm your booking by email (or telephone if you prefer). |

The balance is due 30 calendar days before your arrival. Again you can pay online, by check (cheque) or by telephone. |

We will forward you check-in details and an invoice by email (or post if requested). A $300 (£200) security deposit will be required by our managing agent in Kissimmee. This deposit will be refunded at your departure, assuming no damage or breakages. The security deposit is usually $300 "marked" on your credit card (i.e. never charged). |
