What to look for when choosing a villa in Orlando
 | How far is it from Disney? The US 192 and the I4 are the main routes into Disney and they become VERY congested at peak traffic times. Most villa's claiming to be close to Disney will take 1 hour or more at peak traffic times. (See our short-cut). |
| How new is it? Too old and the maintenance may not have been kept up. Too new and you could be in the middle of a construction site! |
| Can it accommodate your party? Short term vacation rental villas are licensed by law (similar to a hotel). It is illegal to exceed the maximum licensed occupancy. |
| Does it have the features your require? Examples include TV's, Hi-fi, DVD, internet access, playstation style games, games room, heated swimming pool, spa, bug (insect) screens, peace and quiet for relaxing away from the parks, play areas... |
| Proximity to shops and restaurants. You will wake up starving and might return from the parks also starving, so is there a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby? |
